Yellow is the Warmest Color
Hey folks! I mentioned in my last post that William O. Tyler and I were working hard to put the finishing touches on our comics anthology, Yellow is the Warmest Color. Welp, we finally did it. After over a year of work, our amazing, groundbreaking book is complete and available now for your enjoyment.
In case you are unaware, Yellow is the Warmest Color is an erotic comics anthology with stories and pin-up art by 13 mostly queer cartoonists. And it’s all about the kinky possibilities of pee, urine, watersports, baby. This whole thing was my idea. You’re welcome.
The book is currently available only in digital form since we didn’t make our fundraising goal for a print version back in December. We’ve released it as an ebook for now, so at least we can start getting all of the artists paid. Down the Hatch
My contribution to the book (aside from the editing, design and cover) is my first new Hollywood Goddesses story in three years. It’s an autobiographical story called “Down the Hatch.” Here are the first three pages out of eight total. Page 1 looks a lot bigger than pages 2-3 because I made the art “full-bleed.” Hollywood Goddesses pages typically have a lot of white space around the panels so the characters can sort of fly in and out of them. I just felt like doing something a little different with the first page this time.
